Many of our customers approach Built Offsite asking for a modular building, demountable classroom, mobile or portable cabin...but to their delight what we can offer is an attractive, permanent building constructed using modular and volumetric construction methods.

Built Offsite staff have over 35 years experience in offsite construction. Our controlled manufacturing environment ensures consistent quality, fixed completion dates and rigid cost control... and our buildings look great. Customers may choose from a range of external finishes and roof designs - your new classroom or hospital can look just like a traditional building (except a much faster build time and generally cheaper!).
On site our performance is the best in the industry, with an exemplary health and safety and environmental record. We are full members of Constructionline, Exor Accredited and are fully CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Scheme) certified. We are also accredited by the Considerate Contractors Scheme.
