Built Offsite Ltd is a family owned and operated business, who specialise in designing and manufacturing temporary and permanent modular structures for use as mobile classrooms, relocatable offices and nurseries, temporary and permanent bedroom complexes, and portable site accommodation.

We guarantee to offer a personal service and an excellent product, at affordable prices, with over 35 years experience in the portable and modular buildings industry.  Our attention to detail, and experienced project management separates Built Offsite from other suppliers, to deliver you a worry free building project.

We hold full membership to the MPBA (Modular & Portable Building Association) trade organisation, are full members on Constructionline, and are fully CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Scheme) certified.  Our staff are committed to working in a speedy and safe manner, to ensure your project runs smoothly and is completed on time and on budget – though your requirement may be temporary, we hope our relationship will be permanent.

The buildings we produce are constructed in a custom made environment to the highest standards and specification.  We use a fully insulated floor, wall and ceiling design along with a warm deck roof, to offer a building that has exceptional thermal transfer values and that will drastically reduce heating and maintenance costs.  All of our temporary and mobile classroom buildings feature classroom sizes well in excess of DFES Guidelines, and have 30 minutes fire resistance.

All of our products and solutions are available for outright sale, hire/rental, HP, or even buy outright and sell it back to us, and we offer a complete range of new and fully refurbished buildings depending on your requirement and budget.  If you cannot find what you are looking for on our website, please contact us immediately – either it is a technical oversight on our part, or it is a design that we feel too complicated to be standardised.  Either way, we would be delighted to tailor a solution to totally suit your requirements.  We hope you find our website helpful, and we look forward to hearing from you.
